This is a pcb led stick mount for the vow systems Onewheel xr battery box. Find his work at: https://vow.systemsHis design relies on double sided tape to mount the led window and led stick, this addition to his box allows you to “hard mount” 3mm led windows and common pcb light sticks for the onewheel.ill include a file for the led windows I use to have cut at send cut send or you can purchase them from avaspark as well.There will be 2 files for the main part one for petg and one with adjusted clearances for nylonx, I will also include a file for a hole jig to help you mark and drill the x2 2.5mm holes in the box to attach these light mounts.it requires x2 2.5mm x 6mm button head screws and x2 2.5mm heat set inserts I used 4mm length ones from an Amazon set. These heat set inserts are installed at a slightly downward angle to match the angle on the face of the face of the battery box.I used flowable windshield silicone to seal the 3mm lens to the box and to hopefully add some water resistance to the screw hole penetrations. Your results may vary on this front and I suggest a badger kit to ensure water resistance.
