Rectangular limestone statuette base features a carved bilingual inscription in both Greek (Cypro-Syllabic) and Phoenician languages using the Phoenician alphabet. The stone's maximum width and depth are well-preserved, but its upper part shows significant damage, particularly on top left and right sides where parts of the Phoenician text are missing. The top surface is also damaged, although the maximum height appears to represent the base's original shape. A deep oval trough can be found on the back left surface, likely designed for securing a statue mentioned in the inscription, but corresponding holes on the right side are absent. The Phoenician text consists of three lines written from right to left (sinistrograde), with incomplete sections on both sides. In contrast, the Cypro-Syllabic text occupies four lines, also written sinistrograde, and is fully preserved on the left side except for the beginning of the first three lines which are incomplete.
