This is a remarkable monument bearing an inscription that offers good wishes. It reads: "To prosperity. In the 21st year of an emperor's rule, when Orontes, son of Orontes held the esteemed position of gymnasiarch and had also done so in the 18th year of the same emperor's reign, and when Sotos, son of Asklepiades, served as efivarchos, it was dedicated by a group of 51 young men. The date specified refers to the rule of a Roman emperor, whose name is notably absent from this inscription. This stele was uncovered in Lapithos.
