Votary stele for Zeus Dorios

The inscription on this stone slab reads: "This temple, whose cost was borne entirely by Lukios Molios Tertios himself, was consecrated to Zeus Dorios in the name of the villagers during the tenure of hieromnamon Zeus Serapis". Such stone slabs were frequently commissioned by affluent families with the aim of securing a favorable response from the god to whom the slab was dedicated.
