Vortex System For Biqu H2 V2 & Sovol SV01 PRO

<p>This is the all new <strong>Vortex System</strong> to mount the Biqu H2 V2 extruder on the Sovol SV01 PRO!&nbsp;</p><p>Equipped with twin spiralling air ducts for powerful effective airflow directly to the area below the nozzle!<i>.</i></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Edit: Now includes <strong>Fan Mount Offset Variants</strong> so you can fine-tune the air flow to your liking! Note though only the 0mm, 1mm, &amp; 2mm offset are compatible with the SV01 PRO Vortex main body &amp; CR Touch at this time.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Edit: Now including Original SV01 + SV03 Main Body</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Print parts as shown in the slicer photo above adding custom supports as needed.</strong></p><p>You will need to <strong>GLUE</strong> with super glue or preferably <strong>UHU POR</strong> or similar contact adhesive the flat surfaces of the <strong>Fan Mount</strong> to the <strong>Vortex Ducts</strong>, they are separate for ease of printing. Make sure you glue them the correct way round if using super glue. They will be removable if using <strong>UHU POR</strong>.</p><p>Also SV01 Pro only, the <strong>X Bump Stop</strong> is required to set the nozzle over the bed when the X axis is homed. Not vital but helpful. Glue this onto the left side of the main unit with <strong>UHU POR</strong> so it activates your X axis end stop switch.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I will update the required hardware list soon, to assemble its pretty easy. Bolts will be M3 &amp; M4. Fan is a single 5015 unit.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>!! IMPORTANT !!</strong></p><p><strong>You will need 3 washers or similar spacer when mounting a CR Touch.</strong></p><p><strong>Probe Offset: X -30.70, Y -26.10</strong></p><p>I highly recommend changing the stock nozzle for a <strong>REAL E3DV6 Hardened Steel nozzle</strong>! Seriously, you need to do this!&nbsp;</p><p>The lower M3 bolt on the right hand edge of the main unit needs to be added from the rear of the printer's metal mounting plate &amp; a nut added between the body of the main unit &amp; the motor after the H2 extruder is fitted to the Vortex main unit.
