Vortex Strike Eagle Scope Throw Lever
thingiverse
I redesigned the throw lever from ngray1519 with a broader width, increasing it from 6mm originally to 10mm and 13mm. To enhance its strength, I also filled in the holes on the lever. Initially, I printed the 10mm version in black PETG at 100% infill with variable layer height using my Prusa MK2. After the first print at 100% scale was too loose, I reduced the scale to 99%, resulting in a perfectly snug fit. The final result works great and saved me $30 that would have been spent on machined versions, costing around $.20 to print in PETG. Additionally, I printed the 13mm version in Atomic Carbon Fiber PETG, which has a smooth finish and feels excellent to the touch, making it my preferred choice.
