I'm working with a rocket vortex nozzle tailored to fit snugly inside 2-inch diameter, 1/16 inch thick clear acrylic tubing. The design was heavily influenced by the innovative work of Sam Rogers and his in-depth YouTube tutorials. I've successfully printed this nozzle using PLA material. While it's intended to handle an impressive 15 pounds of thrust at a pressure of 75 PSI, I'm anticipating that it may succumb to excessive heat before reaching its full potential.
