Voronoi SpongeRack
thingiverse
Similar to a previous design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6088152), but much better ventilated. I'd been wanting to use a Voronoi pattern in a project and discovered an online resource for converting 3d models into printable "Vorinated" bodies (https://www.voronator.com/). The site has its limitations, but it's free and easy to use. The alternative is to use a Voronoi plug-in in your design software which will give you a lot more control. I printed this vertically without a raft or supports. It's a good idea to bury the model into the build plate a little bit (say 1mm) so you have a decent base layer to start from. This will string a little so maybe turn down your hot end temperature or up your retraction. I did neither and it turned out fine.
With this file you will be able to print Voronoi SpongeRack with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Voronoi SpongeRack.
