Update: A second version of the top part has been added with a cut-out for those who want to use GPIO pins. The .STL file is included with the thing files, along with an extra image that overlays the official 3B+ technical drawing to show the location of the cut-out. This design builds upon 0110-M-P's work: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:922740 Several changes have been made to this model compared to the original: Voronoi pattern cutouts in the top and bottom piece allow chips on the Raspberry Pi to radiate heat. Mounting holes were removed from the bottom part of the enclosure. Thicker mounting standoffs increase strength and durability. Hexagonal cutouts on the bottom part allow the case to be closed with M3 nuts and bolts. The Raspberry Pi can be mounted using M2.5 nuts and bolts. Hole diameters have been increased, eliminating the need to tap plastic. However, this means that nuts are required to close the case and mount the Raspberry Pi. A fourth image shows exactly what hardware is needed to mount the Raspberry Pi and close the case.
