Crafted using Meshmixer software, this sleek stand is made from translucent orange PLA/PHA material supplied by ColorFab. The printing process was seamless, with the Prusa MK3 successfully producing a high-quality print in just 3 hours at a resolution of 0.3 mm layer height. To ensure optimal adhesion to the printing bed, the bottom side of the stand was carefully cut flat, eliminating the need for support or brim during the printing process. For those looking to print this design using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) metal and nylon, a secondary file is available. While some overhangs may be present, the print went smoothly, producing a sturdy and functional 3D printed Voronoi phone stand holder with an organic shape that's sure to turn heads.
