The uneven bottom caused prints to fail, so I modified it by adding a shadow baseplate. The baseplate follows the shape of bunny, so it remains hidden while making printing much easier for bunny. This model is based on Stanford Bunny, which means it should not be used for commercial purposes. Main work with bunny was done by raccoo at http://www.thingiverse.com/raccoo. Print Settings: Printer: Fabrikator Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: It's so thin that it doesn't matter. Notes: My printer's test print limit was 80mm, and the tip of one ear is so thin that it didn't close, but overall, it's a good print without supports. The filament used was eSun purple PLA. Post-Printing: This model has many jumps that may cause tiny stringing. I found it easier to fix "spider web" thin strings with a flame than trying to perfect my print settings. How I Designed This: First, slice the original model. Take a screenshot from the first few layers. Next, use CAD software (Fusion 360) to trace the outline and extrude a few millimeters. Then export it as an STL file. Finally, combine it with the original model using a mesh editor (the integrated "3D Builder" that comes with Windows 10).
