The old Central Department Store building and adjacent buildings have been carefully replicated in terms of architecture and materials. Additionally, parts of low-poly houses from this quarter have been added. These include the Officers' House, the Voronezh College of Construction Technologies, Rostelecom, McDonald's, residential, administrative, and office buildings of various heights. Two entrance group options are available for the TsUM building (each option is in a separate layer). Objects are grouped by buildings to make them easier to use. The pivot point of each group with buildings has been set at the bottom point (coordinate Z = 0). Materials have been customized for Corona and Vray.
