Voron0 drill jig for aluminum extrusions

This is a model that I designed to help me make some custom aluminum extrusion pieces for a Voron 0.1 that I am building. While it was used for custom pieces, it could also be used to help you if you cut or source your own aluminum extrusions that lack all of the needed holes. The jig will help you make holes exactly 7.5 mm from the end of the extrusions, which is where a majority of the holes you need to make in the Voron 0 frame are located.This jig worked absolutely flawlessly for me, and I ended up with 6 new vertical extrusions with holes that exactly matched the ones from the LDO kit that I bought for the rest of the frame. I did have a drill bit that had a little wider of a tip than the ~1/8 inch whole that I designed in the jig, so I had to put the jig on the bit and then fasten the bit into the drill chuck, but that worked fine and the jig was basically unscratched after drilling 14 holes into aluminum. I did just use the jig to start the holes and then I took it off and finished drilling the holes free hand once the initial hole was made, but it really worked like a charm. I tried a freehand hole before designing the jig and it was more than 1 mm off, but the ones drilled with the jig are basically perfect.I printed this thing out of PETG, and I used a 0.6 mm nozzle. If you use my g-code just be mindful that your printer is set up for it. The PETG stood up really well to the abuse, but I suspect almost anything would probably be alright since the sidewalls shouldn't be experiencing to much shearing from the blades if you have things lined up well. I also used 4 perimeters to make it extra thick, which I would recommend. I hope this helps with any future Voron 0 builds that people are working on. Happy printing!
