here is my take for an auxiliary fan for my voron 0.2. i had trouble with printing PLA in the enclosure, because of insufficient cooling for the parts. the mini stealthburner couldn't provide enough partcooling for PLA. i designed the mount for the left side of the voron0.2 for two 4020 axial fans. it can be mounted even with a nevermore already installed (see picture).you have to print the mount 1x and the fan duct 2x. the holes in the fanduct are for m3 screws and for self tapping direct into the plastic. (you need a little bit of force, the tolerances are tight for m3) i recommend printing in ABS for temperature resistance in the enclosure of your voron.EDIT: i cut out a hole from the sidepanel for the fans for even better airflowhere are my settings for the print:PolyLite ABS 270°CBed Temp 90°Clayer heigth 0.2extrusion width 0.4Perimeter 3solid layer 4infill (mount) 20% gyroidinfill (duct) 100%speed 80 mm/sfans 15% mount the two fans and ducts with m3x25 screws to the mount, after that you can mount everything to the underside of the left horizontal extrusion of your voron (see picture). you will need 2 preloaded nuts or drop in nuts for this and two corresponding screws.if you mounted everything correct, there should be no interference with the printbed or your mini stealthburner, but be careful at the first homing and keep your finger over the emergency stop button.i used 2 4020 24V winsin fans i had laying around and soldered the cables both to one JST plug, which i plugged in a remaining header on my SKR pico. in my klipper config i added the following part:[fan_generic auxiliary_fan]pin: gpio17max_power: 1.0kick_start_time: 0.5 be careful to select the correct gpio for your board ! after that i have a slider on my mainsail dashboard and can set the fans to 100% if i start a PLA print. The airflow will reach the model after the first few layers, when the printbed start to drop a little.
