Voron V0.2 - Z Chain Gap Cover

Voron V0.2 - Z Chain Gap Cover

A little piece that fixes an issue that isn't really an issue… slightly over engineered with heat set insert and extrusion mounting hole. For the extrusion mount, it's completely optional, but I already had a pre loaded nut there from the V0.1 > V0.2 conversion, so put it to some good use. I currently use the Z-Motor Cover by Chirpy - Can be found here. This little piece is a little add on to that and prevents little tiny bits of filament falling through into the bottom compartment. It's slightly frustrating with the new bottom cover. Can still be used without Chirpys mod. There are 2x options for the top cover, pick which one you prefer, or print both as all 3 pieces take about 8 minutes or less. Top Cover_Heatset - This uses a standard Voron Spec heatset for the screw.Top Cover_screw_hole - This has a smaller hole that you can screw an M3 screw into and self tap it if you have no heatsets left. Bottom Bracket - screw to the top cover to prevent it popping out, and has the optional screw hole for securing to the extrusion. (See pics) Push the top cover into the hole, ensuring you don't catch any cables, and they're nice and snug in the chain, then secure from the bottom. Bottom bracket has a small fillet on one corner to ensure correct orientation. Step file included if you wanted to change anything.
