Voron Rail Wedge
thingiverse
Wedges to convert "V" frames to "T" frames for VORON builds. For those of you building VORON printers, it's sometimes extremely difficult to get the right frame, with the "T" rather than the "V" grooves. **Disclaimer: If you *can* get the right frame, you should.** If like me, you ordered a "Voron 2.4" frame from aliexpress and it came with V wedges - or if you can't take delivery of Misumi frames in your region, these might help. The biggest problem is the linear rails not sitting stably and flat, because the 'V" slot is as wide as the rails. This model allows you to infill the slot with a wedge and bolt your linear rails down nice and flat. Depending on your frame, you might need to adjust dimensions subtly; in mine, these wedges press with a slight click into the frame and sit a uniform 0.01mm proud of the surface making a nice flat base for the linear rails to bolt down onto. The 'nose' on the wedge provides extra stability so the wedges don't twist. You'll need 14 of these for a 300mm^3 Voron v2.x build, but build as many as you can - you might need to clip them to length.
