Voron Magnetic Panel Clips

The other magnetic panel clips i've tried always lifted away from the rail at the corners.  It looked to be because the screw was pulling the clip into the t-slot, tilting it so that the back lifted.  It may have been because of the hammerhead t nuts I uses, but i'm not certain.  I never could get them to sit flush unless i left the screws loose.  On these, I added a 6.4mm pillar that protrudes down into the channel, and bears against the bottom of the slot.  This greatly reduces the reaction force between the rail and the horizontal underside face of the clip, moving those forces to the bottom.  Keeping the action/reaction forces of the tightened screw from forming a couple and causing rotation. The downside of this design is that assembly is a little more difficult.  You have to put the hammerhead nut into the slot first, and rotate it 90 degrees with a small screwdriver before you can position the clip over it. The clips all use the same m3x8mm socket head cap screws, for both the 4mm and 6mm versions, but use a different size cap.   The corner clips only need 1 magnet for each clip and  cap.  The midspan clips require 2 magnets each for the clips and caps.  I doubled the magnets for the midspan clips, as the panels can sometimes bow out in the middle. For a Voron 2.4 or Trident, assuming you only intend to do the sides and top, you will need the following:12ea, corner clips12ea, midspan clips4ea, 4mm corner caps4ea, 4mm midspan caps8ea, 6mm corner caps8ea, 6mm midspan caps36ea, 6mm diameter x 3mm neodymium magnets36ea, m3x8mm socket head cap screws Don't overtighten the screws. snug them, then add a few inch lbs of torque. The pillars are sized specifically for T-slot depth of the 2020 rails that came with my Voronkits.com Voron2.4 kit, and for the magnets I purchased from Ebay, which were a bit oversized.
