Voron Can Bus z-chain move

<p>After doing the can bus conversion on my Voron I found that the z chain was too close for comfort to the back of the can bus board.</p><p>To this end I decided to re-use one of the x/y chains to just pass the A/B motor cables up.</p><p>Obviously, this requires use the modified <a href="https://github.com/jlas1/Klicky-Probe">klicky</a> mount - but why wouldn't you be klicky?</p>
