Voron Bed Leveling Knob
thingiverse
This is a bed leveling knob for my Voron 3D Printer build. Check out the Voron subreddit and GitHub: https://www.reddit.com/r/voroncorexy/https://github.com/mzbotreprap/VORON This knob is designed to encase an M3 nyloc nut. It has a 5mm hex slot on the bottom, which allows for added precision and torque if needed. When inserting the nyloc nuts, make sure they are facing downwards. Instead of leveling my bed from the top, I chose to level it from the bottom by securing my leveling screws to the aluminum bed with serrated flange lock nuts (nylocs won't work well with the heated bed). The tensioning of the bed springs is achieved through this knob. This design should be compatible with all iterations of the bed support carriage from Rev. B onwards. I've included the F360 file for anyone who wants to modify the design. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .25mm layers Infill: 40% Notes: Brim is recommended due to ABS. In Cura (Lulzbot edition), my 'pause at layer' height was set to 89. Check before printing. This print took approximately 30 minutes.
