This is a control box designed specifically for the Azteeg X5 GT, modeled after the stock Voron Ramps box. A hole has been drilled into it to accommodate a pin for the lid, just large enough to allow a 1.75mm piece of filament to serve as the hinge. I've also included the f3d file, allowing you to make any modifications you see fit. If you improve upon this design, please leave a comment so that others and I can benefit from your adjustments.
