Features: - Tilting camera - Fixed stand - Strain relief - Ribbon cable guide Additional materials needed: - M3 threaded heat insert (5mm diameter, 4mm length) x2 - M3x5 countersunk screws x2 - M3 T-nut - M3x10 socket cap screw - Thread-locking compound A minimalist pi camera holder which is designed to fit at the back of a Voron 2.4. The stand is designed to offset the camera from the back of the machine so that, at minimum Z, the camera ends up in the space between the Y-gantry and the rear rail of the Z-gantry. This means the printer will never crash into the camera. Strain relief is built-in. The ribbon cable is designed to come out at the top of the housing, back in through the slit just below, and out again through the slit in the middle of the housing. The cable is then guided down the rear side of the vertical part of the stand. Just above the bottom corner of the stand, there is a slit which leads the cable out to the front. The cable is then run down and under the stand, and into the electronics compartment through the gap between the deck panel and the frame. The back cap has little tabs that get slightly crushed when the back cap is pushed into the housing, which should hold it in place. The M3 threaded inserts go into the pivot points of the housing. Apply thread-locking compound into the threaded inserts, and tighten the screws to achieve the desired amount of friction. I printed mine in eSun ABS+ using the Voron PIF settings (0.2mm layer height).
