UPDATE 12/09/2022: Uploaded stp file of toolhead, Y-stop trigger and Y-stop switch. UPDATE 08/09/2022: Updated the Gerber file adding Bat85 on the breakout PCB. Black ring towards the probe whether an Euclid Probe or an inductive type. UPDATE 19/08/2022: With the 4 umbilical wires inclosed in the cable conduit it just flopped about and was rubbing against the right rear z belt and I was not happy with it so... I updated the rear Ystop mount cap. It is now taller and is flat on the back face to allow for thickness of cheap PTFE tubing inside the conduit for support. Cut the PTFE tube to your desired length and heatshrink each end to prevent it from moving. Then use two zip ties each end making sure that the zip ties grip the PTFE tube as well. I have added a couple of photos for reference. New 'Ystop Rear Mount Cap High.stl' added. *** Voron 2.4 Huvud CanBus Umbilical Mod Here is my combination design for mounting the Huvud board Canbus to the side of a Bondtech LGX extruder, stepper motor cooling, umbilical chord mod removing gantry drag chains, shifting x and y stop switch locations, installing the Euclid probe mod and cable management all at the same time. Whilst the Huvud CanBus control board controls the nozzel temp, extruder, hotend fan and part cooling fan, I have it set up to also control the Xstop, NeoPixel RGB's and the stepper motor cooling fan via a PCB breakout board. I have the five pin connecter on the Huvud board extending to the opposite side of the stepper to the PCB breakout board along with this I have one 24v extension from one of the fan jacks to the PCB as well. The stepper motor cooling fan piggy backs with the hotend fan via my PCB, The default is the fan comes on when the hotend fan is on, however, if you want to run the stepper motor cooling when the part cooling comes on just swap the HE-Fan and P-Fan on the Huvud Board along with the pin settings in Klipper. Fan circuit being 24v/Gnd are isolated on the PCB. I have included an image of the wiring circuit and the PCB Gerber file and BOM I designed also if you want to order your own PCB. I ordered from JLCPCB. See notes below. Refer to: Euclid github for that conversion here... https://euclidprobe.github.io/ Euclid github also provides links to a native mount Clockwork1 X-Carriage which I used. BOM.csv has all the parts excluding the Huvud Board. Lukes Labrotoray for Huvud board info... https://lukeslabonline.com/products/huvud?_pos=1&_sid=f9bdf316d&_ss=r Notes: Get the same qty of female connectors in JST PH2.0 and pins etc as required for altering accessory connections. I used Cat6 from Huvud board to PCB for electrical connections Male to Male. Length to suit. Do not overtighten the heatsink mounting screws as these affect the extruder screws on the opposite side of the stepper motor. Trim length of bolts as required. Change the 'Gerber' file extension from doc to zip for the gerber file if required. Insperation for the LH/RH covers is from thing:5186869, Thank you. Prerequisites: You are able to edit and run Klipper. You have tools on hand. You can solder. Please consider donating... PayPal.Me/RedWhere2020 If you would like my huvud.cfg file let me know.
