Voron 2.4 Exhaust Fan Wire Cover

Voron 2.4 Exhaust Fan Wire Cover

This replaces the rear, lower panel clip.  It covers the exhaust fan wire, and any filament runout sensor wires, etc.You will need 2 m3 heat set inserts, two M3 T-slot nuts, 2 M3x8 socket head cap screws and two m3x6 button head cap screws. After printing this, use the t nuts and m3x8 screws to temporarily install it on the rear, center of your printer.  Use the existing upper holes on the cable cover as a guide to drill the two 3mm holes.   After, you can remove the cable cover and install the threaded inserts.Make sure you use button head screws, threaded from the inside, through the panel and into the cable covers threaded inserts.  If you use socket head screws, the gantry rail may hit the screw heads.  Check for clearance, even with the button head screws.  Obviously, this is designed to replace the stock lower rear panel clip, so it has a 4mm offset recess. This allows it to attach to the lower 2020 rail, and assumes that you used the OEM Voron 3mm thick panel, with 1mm thick double sided tape.   If you used 3mm thick double sided tape, then you will need a modified version of this part. The cover for the 250mm Voron is actually 225mm long.  The 300mm version is 275mm actual, and the 350 version is 325mm actual.   Measure your own to verify which you actually need, especially if you are using non-standard panels and exhaust housing or fans.  I will also be designing a wire cover for the pass-through hole.  The hole should be just to the left of the Z cable anchor (that is how I routed mine, anyway).
