The panel is a straight replacement for the stock panel. It needs to be printed in ABS/ASA or PETG to cope with the heat.

I have incorporated a 120x38 mm Sunon fan as additional part cooling. M3 nuts and bolts are needed to keep the fan in place. Works like a charm and I finally managed to print PLA at full speed.

The cover is for ABS printing, so no heat is lost. For the cover 8mm magnets are needed to hold it in place. This part is under less thermal stress, therefore it can be printed in PLA. In order to go with the general design a few chamfers were added, that result in very steep overhangs. My Prusa didn't manage that very well, so I used PLA, dropped the print temperature by 10 degrees and added to regular ventilators, to supply extra cooling. It was a bit of a hassle, but turned out very nice.
