These replacement feet are specifically designed for Vornado fans, and the recommended material for printing is TPU. However, my printer was experiencing issues with printing TPU, so I opted to create a mold for casting rubber feet instead. To create the mold, I mixed silicone with cornstarch and carefully pressed it into shape. Next, I used a Dremel tool to grind off the heads of the original rivets that held the feet in place, allowing me to remove them easily. To attach the new replacement feet, I utilized M3x14 button head hex socket cap screws. For added stability and security, I also printed out some replacement washers using PLA. The Fusion 360 files for these parts are included for your reference and convenience.
