As COVID-19 cases surge in the U.S., hospitals go above and beyond standard protocols to save lives with limited protective gear on hand. We've witnessed an escalating need for more equipment for our healthcare workers, prompting us to step up. Our modified Prusa design face shield boasts several enhancements: a one-size-fits-all flexible headband, reusable rather than disposable, expanded clear plastic shielding covering 180 degrees from ear to ear, additional top shielding for ventilation, and ventilation in the top to prevent fogging. This face shield has been tested for continuous wear over five hours with added foam padding. Our design also features standard US 3-hole punch spacing on middle pegs.
