If the Bag Holder made a snapping sound and can no longer be lifted up on your Volvo XC60 (2009-2017) Cargo Floor Hatch Cover, this little plastic part inside the Bag Holder Spring had probably broken. Volvo doesn't sell replacement springs for the bag holder, so your options are paying $500 for a new cargo floor hatch cover (Volvo p/n 3983390, 39856527, 39834879) or to stop using it. BTW, don't force the bag holder up if you can't lift it up easily, or you'll probably break the spring or bend the internal metal shafts. (Probably other Volvo XC models use the same spring design but I can't verify that) The plastic part pivots on a riveted 4mm diameter x 28mm length shaft. I drilled off the riveted end and replaced with a slightly longer 4mm stainless steel shaft. NOTE: Check to make sure your Slicer program is leaving the pivot hole open; I had success using Slic3r or Cura, but PrusaSlic3r 2.3.0 has an issue with this STL file. In the close-up photos, the replacement part is the white plastic part. (The original plastic part was black) After installation, I applied a little lithium grease for lubrication.
