#Wheelnut Cap Replacement for Volvo My Volvo V40 R-design (MY13) had these original wheelnuts with a stainless steel cap over them. They are pressfitted on the wheelnut at the factory and not supposed to come off. However, it's a common problem they fall off after a while. The missing caps looked bad, so I designed some replacement caps that snap onto the groove in the original wheelnut. I replaced all of the steel caps. The nut itself is 18mm, and with the stainless steel cap on, it's 19mm. Volvo later models replaced these steel caps with plastic ones. I printed these with black PLA, no support, 0.15 resolution, and 100% infill. I oriented them with the "R" down on the printbed. They snap on perfectly directly from my printer. If they don't fit snug enough from your printer, try making minor scale adjustments.
