Measured directly from the original component, I drew this replacement part for the rear window wiper gear using Catia V5. It's designed to last longer in freezing temperatures when the original gear typically wears out. This part fits models from 2001 to 2007 that have their idle position on the right side. As an added note, I measured it by hand and achieved a precision of better than 0.1mm tolerance. My only modification was rotating the ribs differently from the original design to maximize their effectiveness.
