I swapped out my stereo in a 2009 S60 and misplaced the controls for tweaking the settings. I repurposed a knob from a Chevy radio, courtesy of jakemumbles, by modifying its dimensions. To make it compatible, I shaved off some height, narrowed the width and reduced the inside diameter. I also erased the indicator line on the face, which enabled me to print it with the hole facing upwards. This hack should work for most Volvo HU-800 and HU-850 series radios, but it may also apply to others.
