The Volvo S60's gas cap tether suddenly snapped free from its tab attachment to the fuel door. To get an accurate reading, I measured everything meticulously with my trusty digital calipers. Next, I designed the replacement part in Tinkercad and proceeded to print out a few test samples on my reliable Prusa i3 MK3S 3D printer. The results were nothing short of amazing!
