Continuing the list for the cylinder head's extra parts, available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1131508 Having these parts ready to install in my vehicle prompts me to model them so others can review their approximate dimensions or print them as miniatures. All measurements were taken with non-digital calipers, so some numbers might be slightly off. This simple model represents the thermostat used in all redblocks, which come in both 88C and 92C variants. That's about it for this particular part. Please note that due to its design (mainly featuring extensive overhangs), printing this piece could be quite challenging. Update: December 5th, 2015 I added the main_SCALED.stl file, which is scaled down to 40% to match the cylinder head's printable size and features thicker edges for improved printability. Printing Instructions Rafts are unnecessary. Supports aren't needed either. Notes: Printing guidelines and a scaled version will be available later.
