Volvo Redblock thermostat

Seeing that I have these parts waiting to be installed in my own vehicle, why not model them so someone can check some approximate dimensions or print 'em out as miniature versions? Again, I've measured everything with non-digital calipers, so some dimensions may be slightly off. This is a simple model of the thermostat used in all redblocks, available in both 88C and 92C variants, nothing much else to it. Due to structure (mainly lots of overhangs), this might prove difficult to print. Update: 5th Dec. 2015 Added main_SCALED.stl which is scaled to 40% to match the cylinder head printable and featuring thicker edges to make it easier to print.
