Volvo Prancing Moose Wheel Hub Center Cap

I finally got around to designing replacements for my wheel hub covers that had failed due to brake failure and excessive heat. I didn't want a boring single-color design, so I added a prancing moose on top. The base of the cover has a diameter of 61.3 mm and is 10.3 mm deep. On top of this sits a 1.4mm thick moose decal plate that is slightly wider (d=63.3mm). My wheels are 205/55 R16, but I don't know the exact type of rim they came with. I've included a reduced test part for your convenience. The measurements were taken from one of my remaining original Volvo wheel caps, which has a diameter of just over 61.0 mm. To ensure a tight fit, I added 0.3mm to create a more secure hold. Removing the cover requires removing the wheel, but that's a good thing. I used six clips instead of four to improve the seating and provide extra support. This is my first attempt at dual color printing, and I read that true dual color printers require two STLs. However, since I only have a single extruder, this variant remains untested. Feedback on this topic would be appreciated. Be cautious: brakes generate a lot of heat, and PLA may not withstand it. If you have ABS or another more heat-resistant material (I don't), print with that instead. My extruder driver overheated during ironing (no idea why), so for the sample image, I smoothed out the non-ironed parts to give you a better impression of the part. After about 3000 km with these covers, none were lost. However, after this time they no longer fit as tightly as before. If I design a second revision, it will be 0.3 mm wider in diameter and have additional stabilizers on the inside.
