This special nut remover is designed to loosen a unique fastener found on the water pipe of a Volvo Penta SX-MHP transom. The specifications clearly state that this nut should be tightened to 96-120 in. lb. (11-14 N*m), and this tool can achieve that level if printed at 100% infill with strong layer adhesion. In the images, you'll notice how far the nut is tightened on the water pipe nipple - it's set at proper torque. If the nipple isn't protruding as far, it may be because it hasn't been seated correctly in the bell housing. The square frame on the water pipe nipple fits into a specific square slot in the back of the bell housing. Volvo Part Number 3850601 (Spanner Wrench) is mentioned, but it's unclear if this part number matches exactly with our tool size. This nut remover can be used with either a wrench or a 41 mm socket.
