Parts needed to modify a Volvo Penta air filter for re-use. With this mod you can only change the filter element and re-use the plastic housing. For Volvo D1-20, D1-30 and D2-40 engines. 2 filter elements can be cut out of an air filter for a Opel Astra or Kadett, Biltema part nr 510615. Use small rivets to attach the flanges to the filter housing and use M5 socket cap screws and nuts to join the flanges. The filter element is clamped between the flanges. The paper filter is glued into the filter holder.
