This one is just a small plastic piece that crumbled away on my 1967 Volvo P1800 and shortened out the electrics on my heater motor. The idea is to keep the three cables (high speed, low speed and ground) separate from one another. On one of the pictures the heater motor is shown without the part, and the other three pictures are including the part in its place.
