A rapid substitute for a frequently broken car remote key is now available, specifically designed to fit older Volvo remotes lacking a panic button. Originally modeled in SketchUp as a test case, this design can be enhanced further. For printing purposes, use ABS on a Cube (cubify.com) without rafts or supports. Insert the original remote components, including buttons and battery, then secure with a M2 self-tapping screw. Post-processing may be necessary due to potential inaccuracies from the 3D printer.
