ABA Twist-Lock disconnect tool, 42mm ID, used on various Volvo/Vehicles vehicles cooling systems While Lisle and Ford sell a similar type of tool, they were too small for the P3 Platform Volvo I was working on, and I could not locate a part number for the correct size, so I designed a larger one. Printed in PLA on Bambu Labs P1P with a 0.2 layer height and snug supports, it does the job just fine. Line up the ABA Twist tabs with the grooves in the tool and rotate to unlock. One single hose on the 3.0/3.2L Si6 is in a very tight spot, you may need to shave down the side of this tool to make it work. Or just use a cad program to modify the STL since it's a pretty simple tool.
