Volvo 740 Climate Controls Vacuum Block Tension Clip

The climate controls on my Volvo 740 GL were not working properly. Sometimes they'd work, but more often there would just be a hiss behind the dash and air would not come out of the correct vents. Examining the controls, there is a "valve block" which manages vacuum and actuates the various vent doors behind the dash. A clip that clamps this "valve block" closed had broken, and it no longer held proper vacuum. I recommend printing in PETG, ABS, or Nylon. Because of the small size of the object, it is somewhat difficult to print. I had best luck when I printed it vertically and used supports under the barbed ends. The intense heat concentrated on such a small area can also tend the melt the part, so a little bit of cooling might help.
