A Simple Repair Kit for the Volvo 480 Door Pocket. To address the common issue of screw mounts cracking in the door pocket, I created this repair kit to provide a durable solution. The screw mounts can easily crack, prompting me to develop this kit to improve their performance. To install these improved screw mounts, simply slide them over and secure them in place with glue. Some trimming may be necessary due to the tight fit I designed, which should push the cracked parts firmly together. Ensure that they are seated properly at the bottom as shown in the accompanying picture. This repair kit comes in two versions: one for the lower mounts and another for the upper mount, catering to different needs and applications.
