It's compatible with Volvo or Bosch ECUs, designed specifically for the 360glt. To secure blade terminals with 9mm blades, ensure a tight fit in the slots - consider soldering wires into terminals since they might not fit when compressed. The housing may need to be squeezed into the existing harness, pushing the blades out; simply wiggle them back in one by one if necessary. Extras on the adapter were modeled but ultimately unnecessary for my ECU, although others might find them useful. Printing the adapter on its side will make it stronger at the tab and other critical points.
