This is my initial model, which will be updated after printing. Every detail is a precise measurement taken directly from an OEM part I've salvaged from one of my own Volvo 240s. For optimal results, I strongly recommend using ABS to shield the model from heat exposure in vehicles. As needed, I'll update this model with photographs and make any necessary adjustments. To ensure accuracy, I will personally verify the fitment on my own car. Please note that this is only a cover designed for the front of the gauges; the actual piece behind it holds the gauges securely into the dashboard. These models are specifically designed for 81-85 240s with the revised dash and radio in the lower position, but can be adapted for 86-93 240s by relocating the radio to its lower spot, as I've done on my own 89 model.
