I created a simple tool to help you seat your rear main seal the proper depth on a Volvo 240/Redblock engine. I made a little video to show how it works. https://youtu.be/aI6M0hHIl14 The slots for the screw holes are not in the correct location, but the tool works fine by taping it with a hammer.
