Volvo 240 High Beam Latching Relay Housing

The original high beam latching relay for the Volvo 240 is no longer available from Volvo and becoming increasingly expensive to procure. This housing allows you to easily hook up two common relays to replace the original volvo relay. You will have to make no modifications to the car's wiring. After you print out the parts you will need to make and label some 2.25 inch long spade wires. Male for the bottom of the housing and female to attach to the new relays. Three of the wires will have one male end and 2 female ends. The locations are labeled on the actual print. Insert the male ends into the slots of the housing, being careful to get the labels correct. Secure the spades with a thin layer of 5 minutes epoxy. Insert relays through the top cover and attach labeled female spade connectors to the appropriate spots.
