A friend restoring a classic Volvo 145 required another accessory bracket mount, but these components are notoriously difficult to obtain. To resolve this issue, we fabricated a brand-new one based on the original part he had in hand. Detailed computer-aided design (CAD) work was carried out using Autodesk Fusion 360 software, and the resulting parts were then 3D printed with exceptional precision using a Zortrax M200 printer and high-quality ABS filament.
