Voltron's Blazing Sword

I made my son a smaller version of Voltron's Sword and was asked to create an even bigger one. So, here is a 200% enlarged model, just shy of 40 inches long, split into sections that can be printed on beds with a 12-inch build area. You will need to print two halves of each section; they are designed this way so that everything prints flat on the build table. Then, simply glue all the parts together (I have added tabs to make assembly easier). I left a channel in the middle for a 3/8-inch rod to stiffen the entire model (I would use threaded rod - it's widely available, inexpensive, and the epoxy has plenty of area to grip).
