Quint Jr's enthusiasm for Voltron inspired me to create a scaled-down version of the Blazing Sword. I designed the miniature sword to be around 16 inches long, ensuring it would be substantial enough for playtime use. To achieve this, I chose a single piece construction, with a blade that's slightly thicker than its original art counterpart, which seemed too slender for hands-on activities. Every detail has been carefully rounded to prevent any sharp edges or points, guaranteeing safe and enjoyable handling.
