I'm crafting my version of Lance, Blue Paladin of Voltron Rifle, a fusion of my Bayard handle with some innovative twists. I designed it using TinkerCAD, incorporating channels for running LEDs and electronics seamlessly. The full-scale file is a 5x5 inch section, but when assembled, the rifle measures approximately 34 inches long, 3.9 inches wide, and 13 inches high. I haven't printed it yet, as I'm currently focused on completing my Hanks Cannon project. My Hank Cosplay will likely take priority over printing this rifle until after Halloween in 2017. For the battery cover, I recommend using 100% infill to ensure durability. However, for sections with battery and trigger holes, consider using a moderate infill of 40-80% if you plan on incorporating LEDs into your design.
