I tweaked the Flashlight Holder Clip design as follows: For my Voltax flashlight (a great option at $2 from Dollarama), I made some significant modifications. First, I increased the back plate size to allow for a robust epoxy bond. The larger plate is also the same width as the ring's dimension, ensuring proper fit when printing with rotated layers and potentially strengthening the filament grain. To improve overall durability, I introduced a percentage scale to control the ring gap precisely. This enhancement allows for more flexibility in tailoring the clip to specific flashlights. Additionally, I slightly modified the opening by cutting away some of its sharp edges.
